And yet has chosen to focus all of his might on taking out two kids for so long that said kids are now young adults.

Most evil overlords would have just given up by now and moved on. But not Antograph. His singlemindedness  has resulted in him hatching overwrought scheme after overwrought scheme, to be launched every Saturday morning at a particular time, in an effort to stamp out his self-declared foes.

(13-26 of these a year are wholly are original schemes, while the rest tend to be rehashes of prior failed plots. And within 30-60 minutes, all inevitably fail).
