The latest patriarch of a wealthy and renowned family, John Teller is a powerful man. An elder statesman in the United States Senate who has held his seat for decades, he is one of the main movers and shakers in Washington, often in the capital when he’s not back home at his family estate.
A socially conservative individual, Teller places family values above all else, a crusader to restore America to the way it should be. Aside from this angle however, his policies have tended to err on the side of pragmatism, his voting record tending to swing whichever way the wind is blowing at the time.
A master orator, Teller is not above using even family members as props, often using his daughter Mira as an accessory when presenting legislation for the good of the children. Perhaps this is why the stalwart defender of traditional family values has been married and divorced more than once.
