Well, this is one of those redesigns that really didn’t have much to it other than, well, the addition of a hoverchair.

Specifically, MODOK’s hoverchair. Thus the whole MEWDOK name change. As really, it’s just Phiffer in a flying chair.

….yeah, I really want one of those for myself. It’s on the list of “desirable personal transports” next to the mechanochairs from the the Star Wars prequels that I’ve wanted since 1999.
